Montacino at McDowell Mountain is a beautiful 28 home community nestled in the McDowell Mountains. The Spanish and European inspired architecture lend to the professionally designed Sonoran landscaping and remote controlled entry access gate. With breathtaking views of the McDowell Mountains and within walking distance (1.5 miles) to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve Trails.
Surrounding our community: McDowell Mountain Regional Park is nestled in the lower Verde River basin; the 21,099- acre park is a desert jewel in the northeast Valley.
